`
`Chris Bakewell is a Managing Director of Duff & Phelps, LLC. Mr. Bakewell is an expert

`in economics and the economic issues relating to intellectual property. Mr. Bakewell has served
`
`as an expert on damages issues in commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property
`
`cases, and has testified before the International Trade Commission as an expert on economic
`
`issues, including as they relate to issues such as commercial success, domestic industry, remedy
`
`and the public interest. Mr. Bakewell may testify regarding the domestic industry, secondary
