`On November 17, 2020, Complainant Hyperice, Inc. (“Hyperice”), the participating
`
`Respondents (Opove, Ltd.; Shenzhen Shufang E-Commerce Co., Ltd.; Shenzhen Fusi
`
`Technology Co., Ltd.; Rechar, Inc.; Ning Chen Performance Health Systems, LLC; Yongkang
`
`Aiju Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd.; and Shenzhen Xinde Technology Co., Ltd., together, the
`
`“Participating Respondents”), and the Commission investigative Staff (“Staff” and with
`
`Hyperice and Participating Respondents, the “Parties”) filed a Joint Motion for an Extension of
`
`Time for Completion of Fact Discovery. (Motion Docket No. 1206-009.). The Parties seek to
`
`extend the deadline for the completion of fact discovery from November 20, 2020, to December
`
`4, 2020.
`
`Good cause having been shown, and because there is no opposition, Motion Docket No.
`
`1206-009 is granted. The deadline for the completion of fact discovery is rescheduled to
`
`December 4, 2020. All other deadlines in the Procedural Schedule remain the same.
