`proposed Target Date. Complainant General Electric Company (“GE”) and Respondents Siemens

`Gamesa Renewable Energy Inc., Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S, and Gamesa Electric,

`S.A.U. (“SGRE”) respectfully submit this joint statement proposing a Target Date of February 8,
`
`2022, which is 17 months from the date of publication in the Federal Register of notice of the
`
