`Renewable Energy A/S, and Gamesa Electric, S.A.U. (collectively “Respondents”) this letter
`serves as notice to the International Trade Commission that Paul B. Waxler has ended his
`affiliation with the law firm Baker & Hostetler LLP (“Baker”) and will no longer be
`participating in the above-referenced investigation on behalf of the Respondents. Mr. Waxler
`no longer has access to any confidential business information produced in this investigation and
`should not continue to receive any. Please remove Mr. Waxler from the list of Baker attorneys
`that are authorized to receive confidential information pursuant to the Protective Order in this
`investigation.
