`On August 30, 2021, Complainant ARK Diagnostics, Inc. (“ARK”) moved (1239-020) to
`
`suspend the procedural schedule in this Investigation. ARK explains that the Investigation has been
`
`terminated as to all Respondents, except for Shanghai Chemtron Biotech Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai
`
`Chemtron”), who has never responded to the Complaint or participated in discovery. Mot. at 2. ARK
`
`further states that Shanghai Chemtron has been ordered to show cause why it should not be found in
`
`default. Id. at 1; see also Order No. 22 (Aug. 18, 2021) (granting ARK’s renewed motion for show
`
`cause); Order No. 23 (Aug. 31, 2021) (extending the date by which Shanghai Chemtron must respond
`
`to Order No. 22). ARK therefore submits that “[s]uspending the procedural schedule will conserve
`
`Commission resources because the investigation need not proceed if ARK, the complainant, is the
`
`only active party” and “if Shanghai Chemtron is found in default, an evidentiary hearing will not be
`
`necessary.” Id. at 2.

`Good cause having been shown, ARK’s motion (1239-020) is hereby granted.
