`Thales DIS AIS Deutschland GmbH (collectively “Thales”) certify that they met and conferred

`with counsel for Complainants and the OUII Staff Attorney regarding this motion for leave, and
`
`Complainants and Staff confirmed on July 27, 2021 that they do not oppose.

`On July 26, 2021, Thales filed a Motion for Summary Determination That Claim 12 of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 7,554,943 Is Invalid as Indefinite, Doc. ID 747847. In the course of preparing
`
`the non-confidential copy in accordance with Ground Rule 5l, a typographical error was noted on
`
`page 5 (extraneous text consisting of “t,” in the last line of page 5). Since the deadline for filing
`
`motions for summary determination was July 26, 2021 under Order No. 6, Thales respectfully
`
`requests leave to re-file out of time the referenced Motion for Summary Determination with the
`
`correction. Good cause exists for granting this unopposed motion since the original Motion for
`
`Summary Determination was timely filed and served on July 26, 2021, and this re-filing is
`
`clerical and non-prejudicial.
