`On January 14, 2022, complainants MediaTek, Inc. and MediaTek USA Inc.

`(“MediaTek”) and respondents NXP Semiconductors N.V. and NXP USA, Inc.’s, Avnet, Inc.,

`Arrow Electronics, Inc., Mouser Electronics, Inc., Continental AG, Continental Automotive
`
`GmbH and Continental Automotive Systems, Inc., and Robert Bosch GmbH and Robert Bosch
`
`LLC (altogether, “Respondents”) moved (1272-007) for leave to take six fact depositions out of
`
`time and adjust expert discovery deadlines to accommodate the new testimony. The motion lists
`
`the six depositions, their requested dates, and the following deadline extensions: exchange of
`
`initial expert reports (identify tests/surveys/data), January 26, 2022; exchange of rebuttal expert
`
`reports, February 16, 2022; expert discovery cut-off and completion, March 3, 2022. Mot. at 1-
`

`2. It also represents, “[n]one of the Private Parties nor the Staff oppose the motion and the

`requested relief.” Id. at 3.

`There being no opposition, and for good cause shown, the joint motion (1272-007) is
