`MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO MOVE TO LIMIT OR
`QUASH, OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO RESPONDENTS’
`SUBPOENAS DUCES TECUM AND AD TESTIFICANDUM
`
`(March 2, 2022)
`
`On March 1, 2022, non-party Zara USA Inc. (“Zara”) moved (Mot. 1270-039) for an
`
`extension of time until March 11, 2022 to move to limit or quash the subpoenas duces tecum and
`
`ad testificandum served by Respondents Walmart Inc., Orly Shoe Corporation, and Hobby
`
`Lobby Stores, Inc. Respondents agree to the extension, and Complainant and the Commission
`
`Investigative Staff do not oppose. Mot. at 1.
`
`Zara explains that the extension will “allow the parties to negotiate the scope of the
`
`information sought by the Subpoena to avoid unnecessary motion practice.” Id. at 2.
`
`In light of its unopposed nature, and for good cause shown, Motion 1270-039 is hereby
`
`granted.
