`On June 2, 2022, Complainant Crocs, Inc. (“Crocs”) and Respondents Walmart Inc., Orly Shoe
`
`Corporation, Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., and Quanzhou ZhengDe Network Corp. d/b/a Amoji
`
`(collectively, “Respondents”) (together, the “Moving Parties”) jointly moved for leave (Mot. 1270-
`
`053) to extend the expert discovery period by one business day to enable Respondents to take one
`
`deposition. The Commission Investigative Staff does not oppose. Mot. at 1.
`
`On May 23, 2022, the Moving Parties filed an unopposed motion to extend expert discovery by
`
`one business day to Monday, June 6, 2022, to accommodate the limited availability of expert witnesses
`
`in this Investigation. EDIS Doc. ID 771434. That motion was granted on May 25, 2022. See Order No.
`
`59. Due to certain counsel for Complainant testing positive for COVID-19, the Moving Parties request
`
`an extension of an additional business day to complete the last remaining expert deposition.
`
`There being no opposition and for good cause shown, Motion Docket No. 1270-053 is hereby
`
`GRANTED.
`
