`On June 22, 2022, Respondents Wuxi NEST Biotechnology Co., Ltd., NEST Scientific
`
`Inc., NEST Scientific USA, Jiangsu Changfeng Medical Industry Co., Ltd., BioTeke Corporation
`
`(Wuxi) Co., Ltd., Miraclean Technology Co., Ltd., and Huachenyang (Shenzhen) Technology
`
`Co., Ltd. filed a motion (1279-063; EDIS Doc. ID 773681) for leave to file a corrected
`
`prehearing brief (“Mot.”). Complainants Copan Italia S.p.A. and Copan Industries, Inc. take no
`
`position on the motion and the Office of Unfair Import Investigations does not oppose the
`
`motion. See Mot. at 2 (Ground Rule 3.2 Certification).
`
`Respondents filed (EDIS Doc. ID 771837) a prehearing brief (“PHB”) on May 27, 2022.
`
`Respondents seek leave to file a corrected version to clarify that “the analysis provided on page
`
`26 (Section V), pages 54–55 (Section V.B.4), and pages 74–75 (Section VI.B.3) of the
`
`originally-filed PHB applies to all claims for all swabs” and to correct the heading numbering.
`
`Id. at 1. Respondents submit that good cause exists “because (1) the corrected brief is intended
`
`to clarify Respondents’ position to ensure the ALJ and the parties understand the full scope of
`
`Respondents’ contentions set forth in the original PHB and (2) no party opposes the motion.” Id. at
`
`1-2.

`For good cause shown and there being no opposition, Respondents’ motion (1279-063) is
`
`GRANTED.
`
