`On August 1, 2022, Respondents Orly Shoe Corporation and Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.
`
`(the “Moving Respondents”) moved for leave (Mot. 1270-059) to extend the deadline to attend the
`
`one-day mediation session and the deadline to submit a joint report on mediation. Specifically, the
`
`Moving Respondents request that “the deadline to attend the one-day mediation session be
`
`extended from August 4, 2022 to August 17, 2022 and that the deadline to submit the joint report
`
`on mediation be extended from August 11, 2022 to August 24, 2022.” Mot. at 1. No party opposes
`
`the motion. Id.
`
`The Moving Parties explain that the parties have exchanged pre-mediation submissions
`
`and having reviewed those submissions, “each of Orly, Hobby Lobby and Crocs believe additional
`
`time will facilitate the mediation process.” Id. at 1-2.
`
`There being no opposition and for good cause shown, Motion No. 1270-059 is hereby
`
`GRANTED.
`
