`On this date, and pursuant to the Notice of Investigation, 86 Fed. Reg. 49344 (Sept. 2,

`2021), and 19 C.F.R. §§ 210.10(b), 210.42(a)(1)(i), I issued the final initial determination in this
`
`matter. As explained in that determination, I have determined that a violation of section 337 of
`
`the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, has not occurred in the importation into the United States and
`
`the sale within the United States after importation of certain radio frequency transmission devices
`
`and components thereof based on infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,683,788 and U.S. Patent No.
`
`6,895,219.
`
`SO ORDERED.
