`Pursuant to Ground Rule 4.1.1, Complainant Crocs, Inc. (“Complainant”), Respondents
`
`Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. (“Hobby Lobby”), Loeffler Randall Inc. (“Loeffler Randall”),
`
`Maxhouse Rise Ltd. (“Maxhouse Rise”), Quanzhou ZhengDe Network Corp., (“ZhengDe”),
`
`Dongguan Eastar Footwear Enterprises Co., Ltd. (“Eastar”) (collectively, “Respondents”), and
`
`the Commission Investigative Staff (“Staff”) jointly submit this Joint Discovery Committee
`
`Report for November 2021.
`

`
`On November 2, 2021, Complainant, Respondents, and Staff held a telephonic Discovery
`
`Committee Meeting (“DCM”). During the November 2, 2021 DCM, the parties discussed the
`
`issues surrounding the revised proposed procedural schedule, as well as the status of email
`
`discovery and document production. The parties did not reach an impasse with respect to any
`
`issues discussed.
`
`On November 9, 2021, Complainant, Respondents, and Staff held a telephonic DCM.
`
`During the November 9, 2021 DCM, the parties discussed the issues surrounding the revised
`
`proposed procedural schedule. The parties did not reach an impasse with respect to any issues
`
`discussed.
