`No. 337-TA-1276; Letter to Secretary Barton Regarding Confidential Treatment of CBP
`Letter
`
`
`Dear Ms. Frazier:
`
`The Secretary is in receipt of your Letter to Secretary Barton Regarding Confidential
`
`Treatment of CBP Letter, filed November 2, 2023 (EDIS Document ID 807663 (confidential
`version); EDIS Document ID 807664 (public version)) on behalf of Apple Inc., in which you
`request that the Commission correct the October 26, 2023, correspondence to Branch Chief Dax
`Terrill transmitting the limited exclusion order (EDIS Document ID 807051) by removing the
`names of importers other than Apple Inc. and/or designate the information submitted by Apple as
`confidential business information (“CBI”) under the Administrative Protective Order.
`
`The importer names at issue were included in Exhibit C to Apple’s Stipulation Relating
`
`to Importation and Inventory, EDIS Document ID 770046, filed as a confidential document
`before Judge Bhattacharyya. Because the confidential designation of the identity of the
`importers had not been determined before Judge Bhattacharyya or in subsequent filings on the
`record, the Commission has undertaken that determination. After reviewing your letter, the
`Commission grants your request and has reissued the October 26, 2023, correspondence as a
`confidential and a public version with the names of importers other than Apple Inc. redacted.
