`On behalf of our client, BLU Products, Inc. (“BLU” or “Respondent”), attached is a
`Response to the Complaint of Bell Northern Research, LLC Under Section 337 of the Tariff Act
`of 1930, as Amended (the “Response”). In conjunction with the Response, we are including a non-
`confidential version of Confidential Exhibit A to the Response.
`
`Pursuant to Commission Rules 201.6(b) and 210.5(d), BLU respectfully requests
`confidential treatment of the information contained in Confidential Exhibit A. The information
`contained therein qualifies as confidential information pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 201.6(a) in that it
`contains proprietary commercial information, proprietary commercial relationships, and/or
`proprietary business information that is not otherwise publicly available, and because the
`disclosure of such information would cause substantial harm to BLU and the suppliers of the
`information. If the Commission decides not to grant such confidential treatment to this confidential
`information, we respectfully ask the Commission to contact us promptly so that we may have an
`opportunity to explain our request for confidential treatment.
