`EcoLife Technologies, Inc. and Qingdao Ecopure Filter Co., Ltd. (collectively “Aqua Crest
`Respondents”) in the above referenced Investigation. I have read and agree to the terms of the
`Protective Order (Order No. 1) issued by the Administrative Law Judge MaryJoan McNamara in
`this investigation, and in accordance with that Order, hereby agree:
