`
`(July 10, 2023)
`
`
`
`
`
`
`Complainant Google LLC (“Google”) moved to stay this Investigation (“Motion”)
`
`pending final written decisions in the pending inter partes review (“IPR”) proceedings for the
`
`patents-in suit. (Motion Docket No. 1329-018 (July 10, 2023); Mot. at 1.). According to
`
`Google’s Motion, the IPR decisions are scheduled to issue on or about May 19, 2024,
`
`approximately 10 days before the Target Date in this Investigation. In its Motion, Google states,
`
`consistent with Ground Rule 2.2, that it consulted with Respondent Sonos, Inc. (“Sonos”), that
`
`Sonos waived the two-day rule for filing, and that Sonos does not oppose the Motion. (Id. at 2.).
`
`By close of business Tuesday, July 11, 2023, Sonos is hereby ordered to file on EDIS a
`
`response to Google’s Motion (“Response”). In the Response, Sonos should include clear
`
`precedent where the Commission has granted a stay for pending IPR decisions. If there are any
`
`such Commission decisions, Sonos should also describe the circumstances. Sonos’ response is
`
`limited to under 10 pages.
`
`SO ORDERED.
