`Services LLC, submitted a joint statement regarding the appropriate target date for this
`
`investigation on August 15, 2023. See Order No. 3: Seeking Submission on Target Date (Aug. 7,

`I have determined to set a 16-month target date of December 9, 2024,1 for this
`
`investigation. Accordingly, any final initial determination shall be due no later than August 9,
`
`2024. See 19 C.F.R. § 210.42(a)(1)(i).

`PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE

`Consistent with Ground Rule 3, a preliminary conference will be held in-person on

`the parties should be prepared to discuss delegation of public interest in this investigation.
