`Company, and Altria Client Services LLC move to amend the Procedural Schedule (Order No. 7) to

`modify most of the pre-trial deadlines. Motion Docket No. 1368-003 (EDIS Doc. ID 810922). NJOY
`
`states that the Staff indicated that it would provide its position in response to the motion and that
`
`complainants JUUL Labs, Inc. and VMR Products LLC indicated that they would take a position after
`
`reviewing the motion. Mot. at 1. NJOY also moves for a shortened response time of December 28. Id.
`
`at 1-2. The Staff opposes the request for a shortened response time. (EDIS Doc. ID 810956).
`
`The reason for the proposed extension is the scheduling of fact depositions. Mot. at 2–4.
`
`The request for a shortened response time is DENIED. The parties are ordered to meet and confer
`
`and to the extent possible agree on a proposed amended procedural schedule. In lieu of responses to
`
`NJOY’s motion, the parties shall file by January 4 a joint proposed procedural schedule or, if agreement
`
`cannot be reached, the parties’ separate proposals.
