`On February 21, 2024, Complainants InterDigital, Inc., InterDigital VC Holdings, Inc.,
`
`InterDigital Patent Holdings, Inc., and InterDigital Madison Patent Holdings SAS
`
`(“Complainants”) filed an unopposed motion (“Motion”) for leave to file the Joint Chart Setting
`
`Forth Parties’ Post-Hearing Claim Constructions late. (Motion Docket No. 1373-023 (Feb. 21,
`
`2024).). The Motion contains a G.R. 2.2 certification representing that neither Respondents
`
`Lenovo PC HK Limited, Lenovo (United States) Inc., and Motorola Mobility LLC
`
`(“Respondents”) nor counsel for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations (“Staff”) opposes the
`
`Motion. (Mot. at 1.).
`
`Complainants assert that the Joint Chart was filed late due to technical issues. (Id.).
`
`Complainants further assert that the Joint Chart was filed at 6:03 pm ET on February 21, 2024.
`
`(Id.). Complainants argue that no party has suffered any prejudice as a result. (Id.).
`
`For good cause shown, and because there is no opposition, the Motion is GRANTED.
`
