`
`ORDER NO. 4:
`
`GRANTING RESPONDENTS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR
`AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO THE
`COMPLAINT AND NOTICE OF INVESTIGATION
`
`(October 26, 2023)
`On October 25, 2023, Respondents Lenovo Group Limited, Lenovo (United States) Inc.,
`
`and Motorola Mobility LLC (collectively, “Respondents”) filed an unopposed motion
`
`(“Motion”) for an extension of time to respond to the complaint and notice of investigation.
`
`(Motion Docket No. 1373-001 (Oct. 25, 2023).). The Motion contains a G.R. 2.2 certification
`
`representing that neither Complainants nor Staff oppose the Motion. (Mot. at 1.).
`
`Respondents assert that good cause exists to extend their deadline to respond to the
`
`Complaint and Notice of Investigation by six days because it will enable Respondents to
`
`“develop further facts and information pertinent to responding to the allegations raised in the
`
`Complaint and Notice of Investigation.” (Mot. at 2.). Respondent also asserts that there is no
`
`prejudice and that the extension will not affect or delay any other date in this proceeding. (Id.).
`
`For good cause shown, and because there is no opposition, the Motion is GRANTED.
`
`Respondents’ response to the Complaint and Notice of Investigation is due November 7, 2023.
`
`SO ORDERED.
