`On October 31, 2023, non-party Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (“AMD”) moved
`
`(“Motion”) for an extension of time move to limit or quash, or otherwise respond to, subpoenas
`
`duces tecum and ad testificandum issued at the request of Complainants (the “Subpoenas”).
`
`AMD seeks a 14-day extension to November 17, 2023, to allow AMD and its counsel “to further
`
`investigate the requested document production and deposition testimony” and to “confer with
`
`Complainant regarding the Subpoena’s scope.” (Motion at 1-2). The motion represents pursuant
`
`to Ground Rule 2.2 that the OUII Staff Attorney, Complainants, and Respondents do not oppose
`
`the Motion and agreed to waive the two-day notice requirement. (Id. at 1).
`
`Because of the unopposed nature of this Motion, and for good cause having been shown,
`
`AMD’s Motion is hereby granted.
`
