`On February 12, 2024, counsel for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations (“Staff”) filed
`

`an unopposed motion to amend the procedural schedule (“Motion”). (Motion Dkt. No. 1378-013.).
`
`The Motion represents that, in accordance with Ground Rule 2.2, at least two business days before
`
`filing the Motion Staff contacted Respondents BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., Mianyang BOE
`
`Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Ordos Yuansheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., Chengdu BOE
`
`Optoeletronics Technology Co., Ltd., Chongqing BOE Optoeletronics Technology Co., Ltd.,
`
`Wuhan BOE Optoeletronics Technology Co., Ltd., BMOT f/k/a Kunming BOE Display
`
`Technology, and BOE Technology America, Inc. (collectively, “Respondents” or “BOE”) and
`
`Complainant Samsung Display Co., Ltd.’s (“SDC’s”) concerning the subject matter of the Motion.
`
`The Motion represents that neither Respondents nor SDC opposes the Motion. (Motion at 1.).
`
`The Motion asserts that Staff has a conflict with the management conference currently
`
`scheduled for April 9, 2024 at 2:00 pm. (Id.). Staff promptly brought this to the attention of
`
`Respondents and SDC by discussing it during the discovery committee meetings held on January
`
`17, 2024 and January 31, 2024. (Id. at 1-2.). Staff requests the management conference be
`
`rescheduled to the week of April 15, 2024 or the week of April 22, 2024. (Id. at 2.).

`Having considered the Motion, and for good cause shown, it is determined that the Motion
`
`should be, and hereby is, GRANTED. The April 9, 2024 management conference is rescheduled
`
`to April 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm.
`
