`On January 10, 2025, complainants R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company (“RJRT”) and R.J.
`
`Reynolds Vapor Company (“RJRV”) (collectively, “complainants” or “Reynolds”) moved to
`
`terminate “the investigation in its entirety based on withdrawal of their Complaint.” Mot. No.
`
`1381-056 at 1. Reynolds also moved “to stay all deadlines in the procedural schedule pending a
`
`ruling on the motion for termination.” Id. Finally, Reynolds moved for the deadline to respond to
`
`its motion be set for January 15, 2025. Id.
`
`The request to stay the procedural schedule and for a shortened response time are
`
`unopposed. Id. at 2.
`
`Motion number 1381-056 is granted in part. All deadlines in the procedural schedule will
`
`be stayed pending a ruling on the merits of Reynolds’ motion to terminate. Any response to the
`
`motion shall be due no later than January 15, 2025.
`
