`Respondent Circular SAS moves for an extension of time from May 2 to May 16, 2024, to
`
`respond to the complaint and notice of investigation. Motion Docket No. 1398-03 at 1 (EDIS Doc.
`
`ID 819718). The motion states it is unopposed by complainants Ouraring, Inc. and Ōura Health
`
`Oy, respondents Ultrahuman Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Ultrahuman Healthcare SP LLC, Ultrahuman
`
`Healthcare Ltd., and RingConn LLC, and the Staff. Id.
`
`Circular states that good cause exists for the extension because it will “permit Circular to
`
`verify information required in the Responses as well as provide more complete information to the
`
`allegations of the First Amended Complaint and Notice of Investigation,” and that “[no] party will
`
`be unduly prejudiced by the extension as the procedural schedule has not yet been set.” Id.
`
`There being no opposition and for good cause shown, Motion No. 1398-03 is GRANTED.
`
