`Complainants and Respondent agree and jointly stipulate as follows:

`The parties agree that, for purposes of determining whether Respondent’s accused
`
`products fall within the scope of the applicable asserted claims of the Asserted Patent during the
`
`TEO phase of this investigation, the EB Create BC5000 product, as depicted in Exhibit 058 of
`
`Complainants’ ITC Complaint, is representative of all products that Respondent has
`
`manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or imported to the United States. This stipulation applies
`
`only to the TEO phase, and not the PEO phase, of the investigation.

`The parties agree that the mere fact that a product is not specifically listed above
`
`shall have no bearing on whether such product falls within or outside the scope of any remedial
`
`orders that may be issued during the TEO phase of the investigation. Whether a non-listed
