KCT’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO REOPEN THE EVIDENTIARY RECORD
`
`Respondents Kangxi Communication Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Grand Chip
`Labs, Inc. (collectively, “KCT”) respectfully move to reopen the evidentiary record in this
`Investigation for the limited purpose of requesting admission of demonstrative slides used at the
`evidentiary hearing.

`On July 11, 2025, both KCT and Complainants presented RDX-0010C during the

`exhibits to be admitted was inadvertent, and its admission is warranted to ensure that the ALJ and
`Commission have a complete record. Pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 210.42(g), which states that “[a]t
`any time prior to the filing of the initial determination, the administrative law judge may reopen
`the proceedings for the reception of additional evidence,” Respondents request that the evidentiary
