`On June 16, 2025, Complainants Infineon Technologies Austria AG and Infineon
`
`Technologies Americas Corp. (collectively, “Infineon”) and Respondents Innoscience (Suzhou)
`
`Technology Holding Co., Ltd., Innoscience (Suzhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Innoscience
`
`(Zhuhai) Technology Company, Ltd., and Innoscience America, Inc. (collectively,
`
`“Innoscience”) (together, the “Parties”) filed a motion (Mot. 1414-039) to extend the deadline
`
`for filing the public versions of the Initial Post-Hearing Briefs by two business days “to allow
`
`the Parties adequate time to review each other’s proposed public versions.” Mot. at 1. The
`
`Parties submit that the modest extension will “ensure they are afforded due care in assessing any
`
`confidential business information of the Parties or any other third parties.” Id.
`
`For good cause shown, Motion No. 1414-039 is GRANTED.
`
