`Matthew B. Shoemake is an expert in computer science, computer engineering, and

`networking, including in the fields of wireless networks, network systems, multimedia,

`programming languages, software and hardware engineering, Internet connectivity, Internet
`
`content delivery, and network applications. Dr. Shoemake’s qualifications are set forth in his

`curriculum vitae, attached hereto as Exhibit A.

`Dr. Shoemake may testify regarding the technical issues in this investigation, such as the

`technology background relevant to the Asserted Patents, infringement, validity, the technical prong

`as acoustic systems, digital signal processing, wireless network systems, electronics, networking,

`and network-based systems or applications. Dr. Mahon’s qualifications are set forth in his
`
`curriculum vitae, attached hereto as Exhibit B.

`Dr. Mahon may testify regarding the technical issues in this investigation, such as the
