`(collectively, “Respondents”) hereby identify the following experts whom Respondents may call

`to offer expert testimony or expert opinions at the hearing in the above-referenced Investigation.

`Respondents reserve the right to rely upon testimony from any of the experts identified herein. In
`
`addition to the experts identified below, Respondents reserves their rights to proffer adverse
`
`testimony from any expert identified by Complainant Corning Incorporated (“Corning”) in this
`
`Investigation. Respondents reserve their rights to amend or supplement these disclosures,
`
`including, without limitation, in response to Corning’s identification of expert witnesses and
`
`following discovery. Specifically, Respondents note that Corning has failed to substantively
`
`respond to many of Respondents’ interrogatories or provide contentions regarding invalidity or
`
`noninfringement. Further, Corning has failed to provide key documentation sought via
`
`Respondents’ discovery requests.

`My research is presently focussed on Synchrotron (XAS, XANES, EXAFS, RIXS) and
`spectroscopic (Raman, EELS/ELNES) based studies of glasses and melts of geological and materials
`science interest. In particular, the relationship between physical behaviour and structure in germanate
`glasses, high T and P behaviour of germanate, aluminate and silicate melts and glasses, polyamorphism,
`the application of soft X-ray XANES to amorphous materials (ceramics, glasses and melts), and
`theoretical studies of XANES. A list of current on-going projects and collaborations is given below (*
