`Corning Incorporated (“Complainant”) in the above referenced proceeding. By this letter, I
`acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms of the Protective Order No. 1 issued on
`March 7, 2025 by Administrative Law Judge Bryan F. Moore. Specifically, I agree:
