`Complainants JUUL Labs, Inc. and VMR Products LLC (collectively “JLI”) respectfully
`make the following two minor corrections to their Section 337 Complaint dated June 30, 2023.
`These corrections do not alter or impact JLI’s Complaint in any other way.
`
`First, paragraph 5 of JLI’s Complaint as filed on June 30, 2023 states:
`
`Pursuant to Commission Rules 210.12(a)(12) and 210.10(b)(1), the
`Accused Products are vaporizer devices (such as ENDS devices),
`cartridges used therewith (sometimes referred to as “pods”), and
`components thereof (cartridge housings, atomizers, atomizer
`subassemblies, device subassemblies).
`
`JLI corrects paragraph 5 to state:
`
