`In accordance with Order No. 4, the following is a status report regarding the settlement
`conference between Deere & Company and Respondents Bourdeau Bros., Inc., Erntetechnik
`Franz Becker, OK Enterprises and Sunova Implement Co., that took place on April 16, 2003.
`Both prior to and during the settlement conference, the Respondents proposed that prior to entry
`in the United States, each allegedly infringing product will have affixed to it a permanent, non-
`removable label, prominently displayed. Respondents propose that such permanent, non- _
`removable label would contain disclaimers and notices similar to those identified in the case of
`
`Inre: Certain Agricultural Tractors, 337-TA 380, 44 U.S.P.Q. 2d 1385 (U.S.L.T.C. 1997).
`
`Deere & Company’s attorney, Robert S. Swecker, Esq. stated that such a proposal was
`- unacceptable. Deere & Company’s only proposal is that Respondents cease
`
`sale of all allegedly infringing Deere & Company products.
