`TIME TO FILE IDENTIFICATION OF EXPERT WITNESSES

`On or about March 30, 2005, Respondent Boss Auto Import S.A. (“Boss Auto”) filed a
`motion for a second extension of time to file identifications of expert witnesses. A previous
`
`extension of time was granted by Order No. 20, issued on March 22, 2005, which extended the
`
`deadline from March 22, 2005 to March 24, 2005. Boss Auto moves to extend the deadline to April
`
`1, 2005 based on counsel being unable to confer with its client due to the Easter holiday. Ground
`
`Rule 1 .8 specifically states that “[a]ny request for extension oftime must be made by written motion I
`
`before the due date and good cause for such extension must be established.” Because Boss Auto’s
`
`motion for extension was filed after the due date, and for good cause not having been shown, the
`
`motion is hereby denied.
