`On January 25,2008, respondent Dynarex Corp. (“Dynarex”) filed a motion for leave to file

`its Identification of Expert Witnesses on Issues Other than Claim Construction. (Motion Docket No.

`608-080) The parties were required to file their identification of expert witnesses on issues other
`
`than claim construction by January 4,2008. (Order No. 28 (October 5,2007).) The motion states
`
`that the Commission Investigative Staff does not oppose the motion and that complainant Tillotson
`
`Corporation reserves its position pending review of the motion. No responses were received.
`
`There being no opposition, Motion No. 608-080 is hereby GRANTED. Dynarex shall have
`
`until February 7, 2008 to file its identification of expert witnesses on issues other than claim
`
`construction.
