`On July 1,2008, respondent U.S. Autoparts Network, Inc. (“U.S. Autoparts”), filed a

`motion seeking an extension of time to file its response to the Complaint and Notice of

`Investigation. (Motion Docket No. 651-002.) U.S. Autoparts seeks the extension so that the
`
`parties may discuss settlement. The motion further states that complainant Ford Global
`
`Technologies, LLC and the Commission Investigative Staff do not oppose the motion.

`Good cause being shown and there being no opposition, the motion is hereby
