`SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has
`determined not to review the presiding administrative law judge’s (“ALI”) initial determinations
`(“IDs”) (Order Nos. 15-16) terminating the above-captioned investigation as to two respondents
`on the basis of settlement agreements.
`

`SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission instituted this investigation on
`January l 1, 2012, based on a complaint filed by Walker Digital LLC of Stamford, Connecticut
`(“Walker”), alleging a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (l9 U.S.C.
`§ 1337), in the importation, sale for importation, and sale within the United States after
`importation of certain Blu~raydisc players, components thereof, and products containing the
`same, by reason of the infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,263,505. 77 Fed. Reg.
`1725 (Jan. l l, 20l2). The notice of institution named thirty-five respondents.

`On April 17, 2012, Walker and respondent Philips Electronics North America Corp. of Andover,
`Massachusetts (“Philips”) moved to terminate the investigation as to Philips by reason of a
`settlement agreement between Walker and Philips’s parent company Koninklijkc Philips
`Electronics N.V. On May 10, 2012, the ALJ granted the motion as an ID. Order N0. 15.
`
`On April 17, 2012, Walker and respondent Orion America, lnc. of Princeton, Indiana (“Orion
`America”) moved to terminate the investigation as to Orion America by reason of a settlement
`agreement between them. On May 10, 2012, the ALJ granted the motion as an ID. Order No.
`16.
`
`No petitions for review of the lDs were filed. The Commission has determined not to review the
`IDs.
`
`The authority for the Commission’s determination is contained in section 337 of the Tariff Act oi
`1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. § 1337), and in sections 210.21 and 210.42 ofthe Commission’s
`Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 C.l’.R. §§ 210.21, 210.42).
`
