`On March 5, 2012, Order No. 3 issued setting the target date and hearing dates in this

`Investigation and requesting the parties file a joint procedural schedule. Pursuant to that Order, on
`
`March 19, 2012, the parties filed a joint proposed procedural schedule. Although the procedural
`
`schedule was submitted jointly, the parties do not agree on all the dates therein. Specifically, the
`
`parties dispute the deadline for filing the notice of prior art.
`
`Having considered the parties’ joint filing, I hereby order that the procedural schedule
`
`attached hereto as Exhibit A is now in effect}
`
