`Complainant Knowles Electronics, LLC (“Knowles”) submits this Response to
`

`Respondents’ Motion in Limine No. 7 to Exclude Opinion Testimony by Lay Witness on Issues
`
`Properly Addressed Only by a Qualified Expert (Motion No. 825-022).1 Pursuant to a letter
`
`submitted on behalf of all parties by Knowles to the Administrative Law Judge on September 13,
`
`2012, Respondents have agreed to withdraw their Motion in limine No. 7 and their related High-
`
`Priority Objection No. 7, along with their objections to the admission of the testimony subject to
`
`this motion in limine and this high-priority objection, i.e., the testimony of Peter Loeppert (CX-
`
`791C) at QQ 34-56. Accordingly, Knowles will not be submitting a substantive response to
`
`Respondents’ Motion in Limine No. 7 or High-Priority Objection No. 7. In the event the
`
`Administrative Law Judge determines that Respondents’ Motion in Limine No. 7 or High-
`
`
`1 Respondents Analog Devices, Inc. (“ADI”), Amkor Technology, Inc. (“Amkor”), and Avnet,
`Inc. (“Avnet”) (collectively, “Respondents”) have filed a joint motion in limine.
