`RESPONDENTS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND THE TIME TO FILE
`POST-HEARING BRIEFS
`
`Respondents Analog Devices, Inc., Amkor Technology, Inc., and Avnet, Inc. (collectively,
`
`“Respondents”), submit this unopposed motion to extend the time to file post-hearing briefs by
`
`four days. Respondents certify that they met and conferred with Complainant Knowles
`
`Electronics, LLC (“Knowles”), regarding the subject of this motion and Knowles does not oppose.
`
`Under the current Procedural Schedule, the parties’ initial post-hearing briefs and final
`
`exhibit lists are due on October 18 and the parties’ reply post-hearing briefs are due on
`
`November 1. (Order No. 4.) During the hearing, Your Honor indicated that Your Honor would
`
`entertain a motion to extend these deadlines. (See Tr. at 1602:19 – 1603:14.) Accordingly,
`
`Respondents seek a modest four-day extension of time, which would shift the deadline for the
`
`parties’ initial post-hearing briefs and final exhibit lists and exhibits to October 22 and the
`
`deadline for the parties’ reply post-hearing briefs to November 5. This additional time will
`
`enable the parties to submit clearer and more concise post-hearing briefs. The requested four-
`
`day extension is also commensurate with the four days by which the start of the hearing was
`
`postponed. (See Order No. 7.) For good cause shown and there being no opposition,
`
`Respondents respectfully request that the deadlines for the parties’ post-hearing submissions be
`
`extended by four days.
