`We represent Complainants Canon Inc., Canon U.S.A., Inc. and Canon Virginia, Inc.
`(collectively “Canon”) in the subject Investigation, which relates to certain of Canon’s toner
`cartridges and components thereof.
`
`We have obtained from EDIS the Notice of Institution of Investigation (Document ID 472495).
`There appears to be a typographical error in the section titled SCOPE OF THE
`INVESTIGATION, at page 2 of the Notice. Specifically, part (1) of this section states that the
`articles at issue in the Investigation are “certain silicon microphone packages and products
`containing same.” The error may be corrected by replacing the phrase “certain silicon
`microphone packages and products containing same” with the phrase “certain toner cartridges
`and components thereof.” The remainder of part (1), which refers to the asserted claims of
`Canon’s patents, is correct.
