`Respondents do not oppose Complainants’ Motion in Limine No. 1, which seeks to strike

`two affirmative defenses from Funai’s response to the complaint, which are not being pursued at
`
`this time.
`
`Respondents do, however, reserve the right to present evidence regarding public interest
`
`if appropriate before the Commission.
`
`Respondents also specifically note that Complainants’ motion does not seek to strike any
`
`testimony, documents, or other evidence. As a result, granting Complainants’ motion has no
`
`impact on the testimony or other evidence that the Respondents will seek to have admitted into
`
`the evidentiary record at the hearing.
