`On December 14, 2012, non-party B&C Speakers NA LCC (“B&C Speakers”) filed a

`motion (855-035) requesting an extension of time until December 28, 2012 to move to limit or

`quash the subpoenas duces tecum and ad testificandum served on it by Complainants.
`
`Complainants, Respondents, and the Cormnission Investigative Staff do not oppose the motion.
`

`B&C Speakers contends that good cause exists for the extension because “counsel was
`
`only very recently retained to represent B&C Speakers with respect to this subpoena.” (Id)
`
`B&C Speakers further contends that the requested extension will “allow [it] to conduct the
`
`necessary investigation and discovery to accurately determine What,if any, relevant non
`
`privileged documents are within B&C Speakers’ possession.” (Id.)
