`Deteresa (“Plaintiffs”), by and through counsel, and pursuant to Local Rule 83.5.3 of the

`United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, seek leave of Court for the
`
`admission pro hac vice of Leslie A. Brueckner, to appear in this action as co-counsel on
`
`their behalf. In support of this Motion, Plaintiffs state as follows:

`Leslie A. Brueckner is a member of the bar in good standing in every
`
`jurisdiction where she is admitted to practice. She is fully admitted to practice in the
`
`following Courts:
`
`a. California State Bar;
`
`b. District of Columbia Bar;
`
`c. New York State Bar;
`
`d. U.S. Supreme Court;
`
`e. U.S. Court of Appeals – Third Circuit;
`
`f. U.S. Court of Appeals – Fifth Circuit;
`
`g. U.S. Court of Appeals – Seventh Circuit;
`
`h. U.S. Court of Appeals – District of Columbia;
`
`i. U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia;
`
`j. U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland;
`
`k. U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; and
`
`l. U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

`There are no pending disciplinary proceedings against Leslie A. Brueckner.

`Leslie A. Brueckner is familiar with the Local Rules of the United States
`
`District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

`Leslie A. Brueckner has not previously had a pro hac vice admission to this
`
`Court revoked for misconduct.
`

`Plaintiffs further refer to the Affidavit of Leslie A. Brueckner attached as
`
`Exhibit 1 to this Motion.
`
`WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs move and respectfully request leave for this Court to
`
`admit Leslie A. Brueckner pro hac vice as co-counsel for Plaintiffs.
