`The Plaintiff, Capax Discovery, LLC (“Capax”) moves this Court for admission to
`

`the Bar of this Court, pro hac vice, of Anthony Faraco, Esquire, to appear as co-
`
`counsel for Capax in this matter.
`
`In support of this Motion, Capax submits contemporaneously herewith an
`
`Affidavit of Anthony Faraco certifying (1) that he is a memberof the Bar in good
`
`standing in every jurisdiction where he has been admitted to practice; (2) there are no
`
`disciplinary proceedings pending against him as a memberof the Bar of any
`
`jurisdiction; and (3) he is familiar with the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure and
`
`the Rules of the Superior Court.
`
`In accordance with G.L. c. 221 § 46A, Capax states that Ney York, the state
`
`where Anthony Faraco is admitted to practice, grants “like privileges to members of
`
`the bar, in good standing, of this Commonwealth.” In addition, Capax has paid the
`
`required fee for pro hac vice registration to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.
`
`Attached hereto is the receipt for said payment issued by the BBO.
`
