`The Plaintiffs Minnesota Voters Alliance, Andrew Cilek, Kim Crockett, Craig

`Anderson, Yvonne Hundshamer and Craig Jones, through their counsel, have moved for an
`
`injunction pending appeal and a stay on the District Court proceedings during the
`
`interlocutory appeal. No hearing was held. Based on the submissions of the Parties, and the
`
`arguments of counsel, the Court finds as follows:

`That Plaintiffs have demonstrated the need for an injunction pending appeal and
`
`a stay on District Court proceedings during the interlocutory appeal.
