`1. That on April 30, 2004, a mortgage was issued by Bankers Mortgage Company, as mortgagee,
`its successors and assigns. Said mortgage was recorded on August 12, 2004, as Document
`Number 466444.0. The Mortgage was assigned to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation,
`as Trustee for Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2021-3. The mortgage
`had a power of sale on the premise located in Anoka County, commonly known as 3825 122nd
`Avenue Northwest, Coon Rapids, MN 55433, and legally described as Lot 38, Block 2,
`Wedgewood Parc 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. That said mortgage was foreclosed
`and premises sold by the Sheriff of Anoka County to RRW Homes LLC. A true and correct
`copy of the Sheriff’s Certificate of Sale Pursuant to Judgment and Decree is attached hereto as
`Exhibit 1. There was no redemption by the mortgagor/owner during the 6-month redemption
`period following the sale. That on January 4, 2024 Alabama 2, LLC redeemed as a junior
`creditor, after the mortgagor’s redemption period expired. A copy of the Certificate of
`Redemption is attached hereto as Exhibit 2. Alabama 2, LLC conveyed the property to Sibet
`Renovations LLC by Warranty Deed on January 4, 2024. A copy of the Warranty Deed is
`attached hereto as Exhibit 3. Sibet Renovations LLC is the current legal owner of the premises
`with the present right of possession. Defendant(s) is/are unlawfully detaining possession of the
`premises from plaintiff.
