`Provide a concise statement of the case including facts and legal basis: On January 1,
`1.
`2020, Perry Omodt, acting as an owner and employee of Omodt and Jorde Farms, GP, was
`driving a semi-tractor pulling a Wilson cattle trailer with 35 Holstein steers. Mr. Omodt
`was traveling eastbound on MN State Highway 44 near the intersection with Lynden Street
`North in Mabel, MN. Mr. Omodt did not have a stop sign at the intersection. Plaintiff
`Lauren Bedard was driving a Toyota Corolla northbound on Lynden Street North with
`two passengers. Ms. Bedard had a stop sign. Ms. Bedard pulled out from the stop sign and
`into the path of the tractor/trailer operated by Mr. Omodt. Defendant Lauren Bedard
`negligently caused the collision between her vehicle and the tractor/trailer driven by
`Omodt causing plaintiff to sustain property loss. Defendants Joshua Bedard and Amanda
`Bedard owned the vehicle driven by Lauren Bedard at the time of the accident.
