`On March 11, 2020, the Court conducted a telephonic conference to address pending
`
`discovery matters between the Indirect Purchaser Plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendants
`
`AmeriGas Partners, LP; AmeriGas Propane, Inc.; and AmeriGas Propane (collectively,
`
`“AmeriGas”). After hearing from both parties, the Court orders the following:
`
`1. AmeriGas must provide Plaintiffs with copies of all requested contracts that AmeriGas
`
`has entered into with Home Depot and Wal-Mart within 10 days of the date of this Order consistent
`
`with the protective order already in place.
`
`2. If AmeriGas is unable to produce the contracts within the 10 day time-period due to
`
`ongoing ransomware attacks, AmeriGas must inform the Court of its inability to comply prior to
`
`the expiration of the 10 days.
`
`3. AmeriGas has 10 days to notify Home Depot and Wal-Mart of the required production
`
`so that they may take any independent action they deem necessary.
`
`4. Plaintiffs have 10 days to provide receipts from Mr. De Perio to AmeriGas, or in the
`
`alternative, correct earlier testimony offered by Mr. De Perio that he turned over the receipts in
`
`question to Plaintiff’s counsel in the first instance.
