`Procedure 54(b), and finding no just reason to delay, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND
`
`ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
`
`Whereas the Court, by its Order of August 21, 2019 (ECF No. 355), dismissed with
`
`prejudice the complaints asserted by Plaintiffs David McNally, Ken Cramer, Robert Orr, Steven
`
`Luttrell, James L. Ristow, Allan Disbrow, MaryLou Breed, Nicholas Pulli, Gary Sage, Kevin
`
`Dougherty, Paul Toomey, Daniel Kelleher, Richard Pedrick, Troy Winters, Thomas Gane, Mark
`
`I. Stevens, Richard Paradowski, and John Gilbert (collectively, the “Dismissed Plaintiffs”), and
`
`good cause existing therefor, JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED in favor of AmeriGas
`
`Partners, L.P. against the Dismissed Plaintiffs, who shall take nothing by their complaints against
`
`AmeriGas. Each party shall bear its/his/her own attorneys’ fees and costs.
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
